As a part of the Team Member Portal team, we were serving over 230 thousand employees within Wells Fargo. Our platform was not limited to the intranet
homepage but also other internal products, such as micro-services for different lines of business. We had many useful tools, such as the Toolbar and App
cards to assist our team members' daily work. As a UX designer of the team, I had a chance to work on a variety of projects.
People Search Mobile
Searching for team members was one of the most essential functions for the users. Users needed to find their coworkers’ basic information, such as phone
number and location quickly on their laptop and phone. As the lead UX designer, it was my role to ensure people search mobile has just enough features for
pilot and further develop it in the future.
As the product team brainstorming new product to improve team members’ workflow, the internal chatbot was created to help team members to find answers
quickly. Users had the option to converse with the bot instead of trying to find the answers through the huge amount of search results. The chatbot app was
conveniently located in the Toolbar on the homepage.
I was born in Hong Kong and relocated to California. I enjoy day
dreaming and strongly believe in the power of imagination. As
a hands-on person, cooking and crafting are some of my hobbies.
